"Everything Everywhere", la más nominada a los Óscar: uno por uno, todos los candidatos

La popular película independiente de multiversos y ciencia ficción "Everything Everywhere All at Once'' ("Todo en todas partes al mismo tiempo'') encabezó este martes las nominaciones a la 95a edición de los Premios de la Academia al recibir 11 menciones, en la que el filme "Argentina, 1985" hizo historia al quedar en la terna para competir en la categoría "Mejor Película Extranjera".

La película dirigida por Daniel Scheinert y Daniel Kwan recibió nominaciones para la actriz Michelle Yeoh y mejor actor de reparto para Ke Huy Quan, entre otras, en un día en el que Hollywood honró espectáculos de la gran pantalla como "Top Gun: Maverick'' y "Avatar: The Way of Water'' y un año después de que un servicio de streaming ganara el premio a mejor película por primera vez. 

Las 10 cintas nominadas a mejor película son: "Everything Everywhere All at Once'', "The Banshees of Inisherin'' ("Almas en pena de Inisherin''), "The Fabelmans'' ("Los Fabelman''), "Tár'', "Top Gun: Maverick'', "Avatar: The Way of Water'' ("Avatar: El camino del agua''), "Elvis'', "Im Westen nichts Neues'' ("Sin novedad en el frente'' o "All Quiet on the Western Front''), "Women Talking'' ("Ellas hablan'') y "Triangle of Sadness'' ("El triángulo de la tristeza''). 

Las nominaciones fueron anunciadas por los actores Riz Ahmed y Allison Williams desde el Teatro Samuel Goldwyn en Beverly Hills, California. 

Como quedó dicho, Argentina logró ser nominada en la categoría de mejor largometraje internacional por su drama sobre el juicio civil a los jerarcas de la última dictadura "Argentina, 1985'', dirigida por Santiago Mitre y protagonizada por Riardo Darín. Competirá con una de las más nominadas del día, "Im Westen nichts Neues'' de Alemania, que también consiguió menciones en las categorías de guion adaptado, cinematografía y efectos visuales. Ambas se medirán también con "Close'' de Bélgica, "EO'' de Polonia y "The Quiet Girl'' de Irlanda. 

Si los Oscar del año pasado estuvieron dominados por los servicios de streaming, "CODA'' ("CODA: Señales del corazón) de Apple TV+ ganó el premio a mejor película y Netflix consiguió el mayor número de nominaciones con 27, las películas que atrajeron al público al cine después de dos años de pandemia son mayoría entre las contendientes de la 95ª edición de los premios.
